Jaclyn Glenn

For our first major general event at the bright new Sacramento Reason Center, the AOF Speaker Series is honored to bring to you Jaclyn Glenn, a remarkable mind. Her topic: Making Atheism a Positive Thing.

With advocates like this, why shouldn't it be? Jaclyn Glenn is smart, energetic, attractive, and has over 200,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel. Come hear talk about atheism in person! She will show how to de-stigmatize the word, and help you help make atheism a positive force in our society. Her discussion will begin with her own journey out of childhood indoctrination; it will end with her rise to YouTube stardom; and all along the way it will provide straight talk about dealing with relatives, co-workers or even strangers, despite hesitation or incomplete readiness. Jaclyn's gift is to help us all cope in this society as atheists, and help some of those on the fence (ow, pickets sharp) get past the fear.

You’ll be glad you came to this talk.

Show up at noon for a light lunch snack and drinks, to meet Jaclyn, and to socialize with other freethinkers before Jaclyn's presentation begins at 1:00.
